1. An administrative approval of Rupees 10,00,000 for planning of programmer of  "LOK DAYARA" for the year 2005-06
    
2. To depute the Cultural Troupes of Ras,Garba & Folk dance to perform special cultural programmes in the State and Outside the state.
    
3. Planning for ART EXHIBITION Outside the state.
    
4. To depute the Cultural Troupes of Drama & Classical dance in the other State of the Country & Outside the Country to represent the Cultural Heritage of Gujarat.
